The overall experience was awesome. The product is genuine and packaging was of very good quality. I was provided information that the product has new version with locking options. Appreciate the efforts on communication on making the product available and updates on delivery timeline, however the courier service can be improved and one-day or same day delivery option should be given (also, no delivery on weekends is currently provided).
