The Manfrotto 200PL-Type Quick Release Plate from SmallRig is compatible with Manfrotto 200PL receiver baseplates, enabling you to use it with tripod heads and other mounting systems that use Manfrotto 200PL plates. It is designed to mount onto select SmallRig cages, allowing you to mount the cage directly onto a compatible video head or gimbal support.
The plate has a large, open area that allows you to access and install or remove the screw that attaches your camera to the cage. Two 1/4"-20 screws are included to mount the plate on the cage. The top of the plate features rubber pads that protect the bottom of your cage from metal-to-metal contact with the plate.
