Product arrived very well packed. Way better than expected. I was skeptical before ordering from RPS website, since I had not heard of the store before and the deal was too good to be true. But there was a YouTube video and the store which gave me confidence. And I'm so happy with their service! The product itself feels solid, and given the price, quality and fit/finish is good. The lever itself is a tiny bit flimsy but no complaints. Anything better costs three times more!
