Firstly kudos to Reliable photo stores as the product arrived within 48 hrs of ordering. It was well packed in a bubble wrap and box. About the ball head : It’s lightweight and looks sturdy. The ball head is not smooth as compared to expensive options. There is no panning option available. Arca Swiss mounting system is handy. Good option if you are looking for a lightweight ball head for travel photos.
